Job summary

HTU is seeking a dedicated professional to support client onboarding, compliance validation, and pre-employment processes. The role involves coordinating background checks, drug tests, and medical screenings for contractors while maintaining accurate records in the Candidate Tracker.

You will deliver strong front-line service by phone and in person. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (preferred), customer or sales-focused experience, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing and shipments; file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
