Job summary

HTU is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding specialist to ensure pre-employment requirements and policies are current and validated with Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, drug tests, and background checks, updating the Candidate Tracker until candidates are cleared to start.

The role also covers entering background checks, drug testing, and medical screening for contractors, while maintaining a professional front office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packets including authorization forms, drug tests, background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker until candidates are cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements such as expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
