Job summary

HTU in Birmingham, AL is seeking a motivated onboarding coordinator to support client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and compliance‑driven onboarding processes. You will manage onboarding packets, background checks, drug tests, medical screenings, and E‑Verify compliance, while delivering outstanding front‑office service and keeping the Candidate Tracker up to date for a smooth start.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and customer or sales‑focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update the Candidate Tracker until contractors start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings.
• Monitor E-Verify compliance and track document expirations.
• Provide front office customer service via telephone and reception.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies, shipments, and filing of paperwork.
• Deliver world-class customer service to ensure a quality candidate experience.
