Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach to execute the practical skills training for new hires, using a competency-based approach. You will work with Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients across clinics in MO, assisting with onboarding and learner socialization.

The role requires MA experience and credentials with CPOE timing within two weeks. A high school diploma is required. Travel among Des Peres, Kirkwood, Manchester and Chesterfield sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor within the last 3 years preferred.
• CPOE must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire if Medical Assistant Certification is not obtained upon hire required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training using a competency-based model for new or transferring team members.
• Provide support to Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through clinical tasks and communication.
• Execute practical skills training and ensure learners are confident in their role.
