Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Training Coach to lead practical skills training across Des Peres, Manchester, Chesterfield, Kirkwood and surrounding clinics in MO. You will guide onboarding for new hires, evaluate competencies, and provide hands-on coaching to medical assistants and clinical staff.

The role requires travel among clinics, strong teaching abilities, and experience with EHR/CPOE. A MA program graduate with relevant experience is preferred and in-person training is a core

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor preferred.
• CPOE certification within two weeks if MA certification not obtained at hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Urgent care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate team members’ technical skill competencies using pre-approved methods.
• Conduct orientation to the center and department for predetermined learning items.
• Train team members to predetermined competency levels for their role.
• Provide in-center coaching to new hires across core competencies.
• Travel to sites to onboard new hires and support market Training Coaches.
