BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide newly hired candidates through pre-employment activities, coordinating offers, background checks, MVR, and reference checks. You will communicate with HR, the hiring manager, and recruiters to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or related experience, 2+ years in admin or recruiting, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience delivering high standards of service to customers and clients.
• Ability to react quickly and with urgency to requests, issues, e-mails, or events in a timely and flexible fashion.

Responsabilités

• Own and ensure a positive, straightforward experience for all new hires during pre-employment activities, including offer letters and checks.
• Coordinate communication between candidates and HR/hiring team.
• Escalate background check issues to HR Benefits or Compliance.
• Educate candidates on required steps to prepare for first day.
• Serve as expert on onboarding systems and ATS and background screening solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of candidate information in systems.
• Drive urgency in getting candidates on board with high responsiveness.
