RR Donnelley is seeking a project manager to coordinate customer on-boarding and campaigns across variable print and pre-media throughout the lifecycle. You will gather data, define objectives, and craft a detailed project plan and Statement of Work for approval.

You will analyze requirements, assemble cross-functional resources, and design workflows with master schedule oversight. Expect close collaboration with internal teams and customers to meet SLAs and ensure Go-Live success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.

• Coordinate and manage customer on-boarding and campaigns for variable print or pre-media throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather required data from customers and evaluate objectives to create the project plan and statement of work.
• Analyze customer requirements and determine project scope; assemble resources to implement campaigns.
• Estimate time frames and resources needed for successful completion.
• Design and implement workflows; maintain master schedule and adjust plans as requirements change.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure adherence to SLAs and company standards.
• May conduct color review meetings and sign-off on projects for go live.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects.
