Job summary

RR Donnelley in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage customer on-boarding and campaigns across variable print, pre-media, or Sales throughout the lifecycle. You will lead projects from initial meeting through final disposition, ensuring milestones, data gathering, and SLA compliance.

You will gather data, create project plans, determine scope, estimate resources, and design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external customers and coworkers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows or Mac OS and common tools; ability to learn specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer onboarding and campaigns for variable print or pre-media throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather data from customers and develop project plan and statement of work; submit to legal for approval.
• Analyze requirements and assemble resources needed to implement campaigns.
• Estimate timeframes and resources needed for project completion.
• Design and implement workflows; maintain master schedule and monitor progress.
