Loenbro is seeking an Onboarding Liaison to manage background check submissions and candidate follow-up, coordinating with Onboarding Coordinators to relieve their workload. You will ensure checks are sent promptly after offers, follow up within 24–48 hours, and keep recruiters informed to support timely start dates.

This entry-level role is ideal for organized, personable individuals aiming to grow in Talent Acquisition and HR operations. On-site in Dallas area with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through with multiple open items.
• Comfort handling professional but sensitive conversations with candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Send background check requests within 24–48 hours of offer acceptance.
• Review open background checks daily and contact candidates within 24–48 hours if not started or completed.
• Monitor status of open background checks and keep a daily tracker updated.
• Contact candidates by phone, email, and text to collect missing information or documents.
• Explain the background check process and set candidate expectations.
