Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the pre-employment and onboarding process from offer to first day. You will coordinate screenings, maintain records, and serve as the main contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth start and adherence to timelines.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to resolve issues, support rehires, and contribute to standardized onboarding practices across regions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, administrative support, customer service, or a similar high-volume coordination role.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from accepted offer through the employee’s first day, ensuring screenings and documentation are completed on time.
• Administer onboarding documentation, track status, and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear information on steps, requirements, and start-date expectations.
• Communicate onboarding status and any start-date impacts to hiring managers and partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate new-hire readiness and orientation activities with internal teams to ensure readiness before start date.
• Process rehiring in line with company requirements and ensure all screenings are completed before return.
