Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to streamline onboarding for candidates and ensure compliance with background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify. You will handle client onboarding packets, update trackers, and manage contractor data through clearance to start, while delivering excellent front-desk service and efficient office operations.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a background in customer or sales-focused roles and teamwork in fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As a Field Operations Associate (A.K.A. Onboarding Associate) you will…

• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)

• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
