Job summary

Aerotek in Florence, KY is seeking an Onboarding Associate to ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents are current, validated with Compliance, and to manage onboarding packets, background checks, drug tests, and E-Verify. You will provide front office customer service, maintain office supplies, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

The role offers an hourly rate of $20.19 with a potential $4,000 annual bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with onboarding or compliance processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet and update the Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As an Onboarding Associate you will…

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors
