Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Oklahoma City to manage onboarding, compliance, and contractor data for client projects through the pre-employment stage.

You will perform background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings, while delivering excellent front-desk service and maintaining supplies to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update the Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
