Job summary

Newport News Shipbuilding is seeking an experienced onboarding leader to provide day-to-day operational oversight of the Onboarding team within Talent Acquisition. This role manages interview scheduling, pre-employment screenings, travel and reimbursement processing, and maintenance of candidate files, striving for efficient, accurate processes and excellent candidate service.

• Oversee the Onboarding team daily operations in Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-employment screenings, and travel reimbursements.
