Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Specialist for Royal Weddings & Celebrations to coordinate and plan weddings and special events for guests across the fleet. You will be the primary contact, ensuring seamless service, event design, and accurate bookings within the reservation system.

The role calls for strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with hotel operations, guest services, and F&B teams. On-site work at Royal Caribbean Miramar & Headquarters may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, organizational, upselling, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests with booked onboard events and advise on venue options and packages.
• Coordinate all aspects of weddings and celebratory events from initial contact to post-cruise follow-up.
• Conduct pre-cruise calls or video conferences to set expectations and prevent misunderstandings.
• Address issues, complaints, and requests via phone or correspondence per guidelines.
• Secure payments, venue space, licenses, and F&B selections, updating all services in the reservation system.
• Collaborate with Hotel Operations divisions to deliver a customized event experience.
• Finalize event details on schedule and perform post-sailing reviews for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue; integrate CRM tools into daily workflows.
