Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Casino Operations on-site at the Royal Caribbean Headquarters. You will support day-to-day casino programs, provide elite customer service, and ensure adherence to procedures across casino marketing segments.

The role emphasizes process efficiency, timely task completion, and VIP guest satisfaction. The position requires independent work, strong time management, and collaboration with casino ops, F&B, entertainment, and shore ex teams to deliver

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in casino, sales, or travel-related operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 or similar reservations system.
CRM experience preferred; able to multitask and analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

Support casino marketing segments to ensure sales and service requirements are met.
Suggest systematic improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Respond to inquiries from onboard casino team, call center, and internal departments.
Maintain knowledge of player programs, campaigns and gaming data.
Coordinate with internal departments for events and group planning.
Handle guest escalations on bookings, service, billing, or credits.
Travel as needed to support casino events.
