Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Coordinator, Group Services to coordinate group and wedding events, onboard dining and in-port functions, while liaising with guests, Travel Advisors and shoreside teams. The hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with some remote work, requiring strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

You will handle payments, schedule events, and support the Events & Guest Services Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences across ships, ports, and events.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests, Travel Advisors, incentive companies and relevant shoreside & shipboard departments.
• Manages and maintains GO & OEM group dining allocation for all ships.
• Supports the shipboard Events & Guest Services Supervisor with inquiries pertaining to groups, weddings or special events.
• Collects and processes payments for prepaid group events, weddings, special events or in-port functions.
• Supports both shoreside and shipboard teams with planning and coordination of in-port functions & events.
