Job summary
Disney Experiences in Orlando, FL is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own Shipboard Property Management Systems (SPMS) deployments across SPMS environments on the Disney Cruise Line and related shipboard operations.
You will collaborate with Product Management, SE, SREs, DBAs and engineers to gather requirements, design deployment strategies, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects that enhance onboard guest services and hospitality applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management.
- Experience with Shipboard Property Management Systems (SPMS) is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for SPMS aboard and ensure reliable operation.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, offshore teams to align objectives.
- Create Jira issues and participate in SCRUM ceremonies.
- Develop training and documentation for staff.
