The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Disney Cruise Line unit based in Celebration, FL. This project-based role (approximately 28 months) drives the strategic direction of technology and digital experiences across multiple Disney brands and initiatives.

You will partner with leadership to establish and execute commercial strategies, monitor digital trends, and translate business goals into actionable product plans.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s).
• 5+ years’ experience in the digital industry.
• Lead others to solve complex problems with analytical thinking and innovative solutions.
• Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and business cases.
• Experience presenting product performance and program success.
• Ability to think strategically and act with initiative.
• Experience collaborating across leadership levels and with multiple functions.
• Experience identifying technical, user and business issues and with Agile software development.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements for all aspects of a project, collaborating with impacted teams.
• Drive implementation of a digital/tech roadmap by ensuring the team understands goals and priorities.
• Document features as user stories, epics, and other product deliverables.
• Act as primary product management representative for roll-out of a product/enhancement.
• Support defect triage with technical, creative, and production teams to resolve blockers.
• Communicate with partners across Digital & Technology and Disney organization via presentations and meetings.
