Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Server for onboard duties on a Coast Guard-inspected passenger vessel. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and maintain service stations with a focus on hospitality and safety.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and move furniture as needed. Experience in fast-paced dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in high volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS (Toast).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas.
• Assist with seating guests and provide hospitality throughout the cruise.
