Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary post-booking contact and coordinate site visits with clients.
• Drive upsell opportunities and manage revenue-generation tasks for group guests.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing details for operations and sales teams.
• Document guest interactions in Salesforce and provide weekly reports to leadership.
• Support account management with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
