Job summary

Hornblower Group is seeking a Group Concierge to support post-purchase logistics, build rapport with guests, and drive incremental revenue through upsells. The role reports to the General Manager or Senior Concierge Manager at port locations and requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include managing events, client site visits, payments, and detailed coordination with Sales and Operations teams to ensure superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1 year of experience in sales support or event coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and build client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive post-booking logistics and upsell opportunities for group guests.
• Coordinate site visits, meet clients, and serve as liaison between sales and operations.
• Manage administrative tasks including payment collection and guest documentation.
• Document guest interactions in Salesforce and prepare weekly reports.
