NYC Water Cruises invites a friendly Cruise Guest Experience Coordinator to join our shipboard and pier operations in New York, NY. You will welcome guests, coordinate onboard services, and help ensure smooth daily operations, from check-in to post-cruise follow-up.

Qualifications

• Availability for cruise schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the pier one hour before departure to prepare for boarding and review the passenger list and booking notes.
• Welcome guests, manage check-in, and answer questions.
• Coordinate and confirm delivery of romance and birthday packages, vegetarian meals, and other special requests.
• Monitor food service timing and follow up on missing or delayed services.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Support the boat manager with daily operational tasks.
• Keep customer service and office teams informed of booking issues, delays, and guest concerns.
• Provide a brief post-cruise report highlighting issues and necessary follow-up.
