Qualifications

• Must be able to cook meals aboard the vessel under supervision.
• Prepare meals at least three times per day as directed.
• Ensure food is stored properly and labeled with expiration dates.
• Monitor grocery budgets and inventory to place orders.
• Prepare weekly meal schedules and obtain captain approval if required.
• Rotate pantry stock and manage leftovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley.
• Possess a valid TWIC.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and comply with DOT testing.
