Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Production Trainer to lead hands-on training on the manufacturing floor, focusing on safe, precise operation of machinery and processes. You will conduct in-class and on-the-job training, maintain training records, and run reports under the guidance of the Operations Training Supervisor, ensuring continuous improvement.

You will develop content with engineers and supervisors, monitor progress, and provide immediate feedback to trainees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with LMS and training systems preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on standards for their area to meet quality and safety protocols.
• Oversee training of newly hired employees and retraining of existing staff.
• Update and maintain Skills Matrices and databases for training records.
• Collaborate with automation, engineers, and supervisors to stay current on lines.
• Develop practical and interactive content for existing and new programs.
