Job summary

You will be the primary trainer for new hires and seasoned teammates, conduct training across shifts, and help develop content and measurement of training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting or leading training in manufacturing environments.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Training.
• Assist with training tracking, evaluation, and measurement.
• Support learning solution creation and content updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with plant personnel.
• Conduct training on all shifts.
