Qualifications

• Able to work in environmental and physically challenging conditions; able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Clean up, repair, and replace household items in vacant properties.
• Repair or replace faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drains.
• Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, breakers, and light fixtures.
• Install complete Smart Home systems.
• Accurately fill out time sheets and enter data into work order systems.
