COREcruitment is partnering with a large hospitality group to recruit a General Manager for a busy full‑service restaurant in Woburn, MA. This hands‑on leadership role requires running daily operations, building strong teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead from the floor, drive service standards, manage labor and costs, and ensure cleanliness, organization and profitability while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience within full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Financial understanding including labor and cost management.
• High-energy, hands-on management style.
• Strong guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Full-service experience is required - not just QSR.
