Qualifications

• Familiar with standard workplace tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, scheduling).
• Physical ability to set up and break down event spaces.
• Experience in event support, catering, or hotel banquet operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workplace operations and service delivery for offices.
• Manage requests via Jira, Slack, and workplace systems from intake to closure.
• Coordinate vendor, building management, and onsite services.
• Support openings, moves, and space improvements with IT, Security, and Design teams.
• Provide guidance and backup to peers during peak periods and PTO.
