Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence at the reception desk and greet employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Manage workplace services including office access, badge distribution, parking access, and inquiries.
• Oversee office operations such as supplies, janitorial coordination, and a clean workspace.
• Support catering and food programs, snack and beverage offerings, and lunch orders.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and FedEx shipments with timely distribution.
• Triage and respond to email inquiries related to access, visitor coordination, meetings, catering, and travel.
• Assist with event logistics for quarterly collaboration weeks and coordinate group events.
• Provide onsite meeting support, conference room needs, and catering facilitation.
