Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to oversee the temporary workforce at client sites, acting as the liaison among client managers, the local office, and contractors. You will help ensure timely delivery of quality contractors and provide regular reporting to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes profitability, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning coordination, reporting, and service delivery at the customer site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Experience in customer or sales-focused role.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting.
• Utilize Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
