Aerotek, a leading staffing company, is hiring an On Premise Manager to coordinate at client sites, manage temporary workforce, and liaise between client managers, the local office, and contractors.

You will focus on profitability, support reporting, and resolve conflicts using Aerotek resources. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in customer or sales-focused roles and teamwork is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
