Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. You will attend client production and staff meetings to maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors at the client site.

Compensation includes a base salary of $54,000-$60,000 with a potential annual bonus of up to $2,000, plus medical/dental/vision, HSA & 401k, 20 days PTO and holidays, parental leave and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
