Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to coordinate between client managers, the local office, and contract staff at the client site. You will oversee the temporary workforce and attend meetings to ensure smooth operations.

You will help maximize profitability by aligning contractor supply with client needs, provide qualified personnel, and support reporting and issue resolution. Compensation ranges from $54,000 to $65,000 with a $2,000 bonus and classic benefits; location is Southaven, MS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production/staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
