Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client management, the local office and contract staff. You will manage the temporary workforce at the client site and help drive profitability by aligning contractor quality with client needs.

We offer a base salary in the range of $54,000 to $60,000, plus a potential annual bonus of up to $2,000, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, an HSA & 401k, and generous PTO. Parental/family leave is also provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client management, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
