Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant utility business experience, or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, 6-9 years of relevant utility business experience.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout BGE service territory as required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and ability to work with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance tasks, projects, and testing activities within a discipline.
• Execute and monitor Work Management policies, programs and processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage resource sharing to optimize operations.
• Drive performance measures, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead screening and prioritization of work requests and ensure alignment with financial and safety goals.
• Manage budgets and staffing to balance workload and costs.
