Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks, projects, switching evolutions and testing across a discipline within BGE.
• Execute and monitor Work Management policies, programs and processes with a focus on best practices.
• Optimize resources and align schedules with financial, customer, reliability, safety, and performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to the Work Management process across operations.
• Chair or co-chair the Work screening committee and interface with other departments on process issues.
• Apply a consistent work management model to drive resource sharing and decision-making.
• Support a high-performance, inclusive culture and recognize employee contributions.
• Drive backlog management to balance preventive, corrective, and elective maintenance.
