Job summary

Exelon is seeking a disciplined Work Management professional to prioritize and schedule maintenance, projects, and tests for BGE. You will coordinate with multiple teams, drive efficient resource use, and ensure safety and reliability while meeting critical deadlines.

The role requires a mix of technical scheduling skills, strong organizational abilities, and leadership to champion process improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of utility experience, or 6–9 years without a degree.
• Working knowledge of PC and mainframe scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout BGE service territory.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
• Proficiency with PassPort Work Management module, Hyperion Reporting System and Project View.
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and coordinate corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and projects for a discipline within BGE.
• Ensure work plans align with goals and optimize resources for safety, reliability and performance.
• Lead or participate in the work screening committee and coordinate with other departments.
• Drive resource sharing and ensure proper decisionmaking for shifts and workloads.
• Support a learning culture and inclusive environment, providing timely feedback and growth opportunities.
