You will model best practices and assist new hires while performing other tasks as assigned. The position requires 18+ years old, 30 hours per week minimum, and reliable transportation for store and training activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
