You will model best practices, assist new hires, and maintain accurate paperwork and inventory control. Essential requirements include being 18+, available to work at least four days per week (30 hours), ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation for location

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handset plans and accessories according to management benchmarks.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures.
