Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, rate plans, and accessories. The role requires adherence to company policies and accurate paperwork across all systems, with responsibilities including assisting new hires and peers.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, work at least 30 hours per week, and have reliable transportation to locations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to provide reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures.
