Job summary

Sun Com Mobile Careers is seeking an in-person Retail Sales Associate to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue through handset, plan, and accessory sales. You will follow company guidance and help new hires while modeling best practices in a fast-paced store environment.

Applicants should be at least 18, be able to work 4 days/30 hours weekly, and have reliable transportation for training and off-site meetings. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18, legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days / 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company’s benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Model behaviors and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master all required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Protect and maintain company assets.
• Safeguard codes & passwords and inventory control.
• Maintain store appearance and complete trainings on schedule.
• Record time & attendance accurately and on time.
