Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to work on-site in a customer-facing role. You will exceed sales quotas, promote handsets and plans, and follow company procedures across daily operations and paperwork.

The role requires reliability, the ability to stand long hours, and a willingness to learn Sun Com systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning). Spanish preferred and transportation to location essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow store policies and complete paperwork as outlined in the Handbook.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Protect company assets and safeguard codes and passwords.
• Complete training within the timeline established by management.
