Sun Com Mobile Careers is hiring for a Full-time in-person Sales role in the United States. You will exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.

Responsibilities include adhering to company policies, mastering systems like Aktivate and ADP, and ensuring accurate sales paperwork and inventory control. The role requires 18+, 30 hours/week minimum, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks.
• Follow management's practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Occasionally support new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
