Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for an in‑person role in the United States. You will exceed monthly sales quotas, deliver high quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and act as a role model for new hires while following company benchmarks.

The position requires at least 18 years old, a minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation to location, training and off‑site meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Handbook and other company communications.
• Master required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies; ensure cash depositing procedures are followed.
