Job summary

Sun Com in Houston, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, plans and accessories. You will adhere to company policies, master required systems, and assist new hires while maintaining store appearance and timely training.

The role requires at least 18 years old, 4 days/30 hours per week, and the ability to stand for long periods. Spanish preferred and in-person work location.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management guidance.
• Follow policy and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com documents.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training.
