Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Guest Ambassador to create memorable hospitality experiences for every guest visiting our winery.

You will be the primary contact for reservations, walk-ins, and special events, welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth while tailoring experiences to their interests. In this busy, guest-facing role you will manage reservations, coordinate seating, support merchandise displays, process transactions, and keep the tasting room welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year hospitality, customer service or event support experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in wine industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Assist with special requests and local area information.
• Support retail and tasting room activities and merchandising.
• Process transactions and maintain guest-facing spaces.
