E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Guest Ambassador to create memorable hospitality experiences for every guest visiting our winery.
You will be the primary contact for reservations, walk-ins, and special events, welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth while tailoring experiences to their interests. In this busy, guest-facing role you will manage reservations, coordinate seating, support merchandise displays, process transactions, and keep the tasting room welcoming.

As a Guest Ambassador, you'll create memorable first impressions and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest who visits our winery. Serving as the primary point of contact for reservations, walk-in visitors, and special events, you'll welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm while helping curate experiences tailored to their interests and needs.
In this highly interactive role, you'll manage guest reservations, coordinate seating, support special requests, provide winery and local area information, and help create seamless experiences from arrival through departure. You'll collaborate closely with hospitality and retail teams to ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded while maintaining smooth daily operations.
You'll also support retail and tasting room activities by assisting with merchandise and wine displays, maintaining guest-facing spaces, processing transactions, and ensuring the property is welcoming and well-prepared. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences while contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
