Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day distribution operations in Albany, GA, ensuring materials are received, stored, inventoried, picked, packed, and delivered on schedule and audit-ready.

You will lead warehouse staff, assign work, monitor productivity using WMS reports, enforce SOPs and safety, and collaborate with Government personnel to resolve issues while driving efficiency and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using a WMS within the past 5 years.
• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, or supply operations in government or commercial environments.
• Ability to obtain CAC eligibility and Tier 3 (T3) PSI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and provide leadership to warehouse personnel across all areas.
• Assign daily work priorities and distribute labor resources based on schedules.
• Monitor receiving, stow, inventory movement, picking, packing, and delivery activities.
• Serve as on-site manager and Government point of contact during absence of the Project/Warehouse Manager.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
