Job summary

First Division Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to provide logistics and warehouse management support for DoD acquisition and sustainment operations in Albany, GA. The role encompasses receipt, storage, inventory control, packaging, and shipment of Government property, ensuring accountability and compliance with DoD and contractual requirements.

You will maintain property records, support reconciliation activities, handle serialized and sensitive assets, operate material handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active secret clearance is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or Government property accountability preferred.
• Familiarity with GCSS-MC and automated inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process Government property and materials according to procedures.
• Store, preserve, and protect assets to ensure readiness and prevent loss.
• Execute inventory controls including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain accurate property and warehouse records using GCSS-MC and related systems.
• Prepare, pack, label, and ship equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support asset custody records.
